A.I.M (ATHLETE IN MOTION)
AIM high to reach your fitness goals and find your inner athlete! A.I.M will challenge you to reach that next level. By using various equipment and athletic drills you will gain endurance, strength and agility. Bring weights, mat and stability ball to class. All fitness levels welcome! AIM HIGH! 18 classes.

CORE STRENGTH
This challenging class will increase your strength and flexibility while focusing on the core muscles in your body: Abs, back, hips and glutes. Bring weights, mat and stability ball. All fitness levels welcome! GET HARD CORE! 9 classes.

ZUMBA®

High energy cardio. Workout inspired by Latin & International music and dance moves. Meringue, Salsa, Belly Dance, Cumbia and Hip Hop. Fun and easy to follow.
ZUMBA® GOLD
Min: 5 Max: 15
A Latin inspired dance class that incorporates the Salsa, Meringue, Cumbia, Belly Dancing & more. This class is fun and it is slower pace and less intense with no high impact. Great for someone new to exercise or trying Zumba for the first time.

MAT CLASS

This class is based on Joseph Pilates’ principles. Focuses on strength and flexibility, strong core work, works to strengthen the abdominals, back and chest muscles. This class uses balls, bands, rings, foam rollers & balance disc to keep the class exciting and new.

BOLLY FIT ™

BollyFit is a dance-velation leading a wellness shift around the world. It uplifts and tones the body, mind and soul. BollyFit fuses the influence of Indian energetic dance techniques from Bollywood and beyond with western styles to create dynamic & unique classes. BollyFit provides more than just physical well being, mental health is just as important.

CORE BARRE

Core Barre is an exercise program that combines the elements of Pilates mat work, ballet and athletic conditioning exercises as well as incorporating light weights. It emphasizes small intense movements to condition and define the muscles while lengthening them to increase joint flexibility. The class is set to music.

CARDIO– BODY TRAINING

Your muscular strength and endurance will be tested when combined with cardiovascular movement. A total body workout that is challenging and feels like you’re training one-on-one with a private trainer. Bring a mat, stability ball, band and a set of medium and heavy weights to class. 8 classes.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

You’ll jab, punch, kick and jump your way through this high energy workout. This class is the perfect combination of boxing and cardiovascular training and is designed to elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and mind. INTERVAL CONDITIONING

ZUMBA® TONING
